Initial chat
If your application meets the requirements of the advertised position, we will begin by conducting an initial phone-screen. We’ll ask a series of basic questions, to ensure we’re a good match.
First interview
If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to an in-person or virtual interview with the hiring manager. During this stage, the interview will give us a chance to go over the opportunity in greater detail as well as get to know you and your experience better. You’ll also have the chance to ask us any questions that you may have.
Assessment and second interview
After the first interview, we’ll keep you informed of whether your application is going to progress or not. If successful, we will set you up with a series of assessments using our psychometric testing platform. This includes a personality questionnaire to gain a better understanding of your work-style preferences, as well as an ability assessment which aims to evaluate your problem solving, numerical and reasoning skills.
Meanwhile, we will also book in a second interview. This gives us a chance to review your assessment results which will direct our next conversations. We aim to explore how your skills can contribute to our organisation’s growth and assess your compatibility with our company culture. Most importantly, you’ll be able to meet more of the team and ask us any further questions you may have to ensure we’re the right fit for you too.
Decision
After carefully evaluating all our shortlisted applications, we will come to a final decision. We will then be in contact with you to ensure you are kept in the loop with any outcomes.
