With over a decade of experience in finance and investment management, Will leads E&P’s efforts to integrate sustainability considerations across portfolio construction, research, asset management and corporate strategy. Through this role he also works directly with large-scale investors seeking to navigate the intersection of profit and purpose – having advised over $1 billion in investment capital.

In 2024 Will was recognised by FS Sustainability as one of the top 50 most influential ESG leaders in corporate Australia. He is actively involved with for purpose organisations and is currently a member of the Finance and Investment Committee for Berry Street, Australia’s largest independent organisation focused on out of home care. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne in addition to a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
