Tiana is the Team Assistant for the Institutional Equities division of E&P. She initially joined the Client Services team in 2021, also working in a Front of House position at Evans and Partners before transitioning to Institutional Equities team in 2022.

She assists the Corporate Access team by communicating information between institutional investors and companies, as well as assisting with the execution of roadshows ― both non-deal and investor trips, briefings, conferences, and desk briefings. Additionally, she supports the Institutional team with her administrative skills she’s developed from her previous role in the business
