Taylor is an associate director in charge of the E&P Institutional middle office located on the Sydney desk, having initially joined Evans and Partners in 2020 to take up her current role in the Sydney office.

She is an operations specialist with 10 years’ experience supporting the Institutional Business and leading cross-functional teams to bring about fundamental change and improvement in client solutions, strategy, process, and profitability. Prior to her time at GS Australia, Taylor has significant international experience having worked for Goldman Sachs, UBS and Deutsche Bank in the UK for more than 5 years.

Taylor drives performance, efficiency and profitability with her team and clients at every touch point, through innovation, strong relationships and trust.

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Economics and Marketing from The University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney. She is also a CFA Candidate.
