Stephanie is a Director of the Corporate Advisory division of E&P, having been with the business in 2017, when she initially joined Evans and Partners Corporate Advisory.

She initially commenced her career with PwC where she spent six years as a manager. During this time, she worked in corporate finance, with domestic, outbound and inbound businesses to undertake acquisitions, restructures and investments.

In her current role Stephanie provides advice on equity and debt capital market transactions, including initial public offerings and secondary raisings .

Stephanie completed a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law at the University of Melbourne and a Master of Applied Finance at Macquarie University. She also has a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and is a qualified solicitor.
