Shankari specialises in research into the Small Caps sector after joining E&P as an associate research analyst in 2024. Her current responsibilities include conducting company and industry research, as well as constructing and maintaining financial models for valuation purposes.

Prior to joining the research team, Shankari worked as an analyst at JB Securities in Sri Lanka where she specialised in research into the macro-economy and the energy and materials sector.

Shankari has a Bachelor of Economics and Statistics from University College London and is a CFA charter holder.
