Rose is Chief People Officer at E&P Financial Group and heads up the People & Culture team.

Rose has 20 years of human resources experience in professional and financial services and has held both generalist and speciality roles in talent, leadership, performance, and reward. She has led and developed people teams and functions and assists organisations in enhancing people experience (PX) through effective leadership and engagement strategies.

Prior to E&P, Rose worked with KPMG as Head of People for their Consulting Division and held a firmwide role as Head of Performance & Reward. She also held roles at Piper Alderman as Head of Human Resources, Norton Rose Fulbright, and Crossmark.

Rose holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resources Management and is Hogan and Hay Job Evaluation accredited.
